A'la Fresh is a third-generation fresh fruits and vegetables exporter, with a proven record of 70 years. It is exporting to more than 20 countries, including Central & Eastern Europe, Russia, Ukraine, the Maldives and the Middle East.

According to requirements from the above-mentioned customers, products are delivered in special packaging via aircrafts or ships or LVs with cold chain.

Upon need, A'la Fresh has capabilities to pre-book an orchard, one year in advance to ensure cost-effective supply chain from Turkey.

The produces the most-demanded by the Mid-East from Turkey are citrus fruits, tomatoes, potatoes peaches, grapes, apricots, figs, berries, pomegranate, purple onion, forest mushrooms including black truffles, strawberries and cherries.

A'la Fresh portfolio also includes cucumber, eggplants, cauliflower, leeks, artichoke, cabbage, pepper (bell, capia, charliston), greenery (lettuce, parsley, dill, mint, rocket etc.) and pumpkin including miniature ones.

A'la Fresh runs a huge black truffle operation for 10 months per year, with a waiting list. Major varieties are first class aestivum, uncinatum and borchi truffles hunted from Anatolia.
